The staff were warm and attentive, and made sure we were comfortable. Even though the hotel is tucked away from the crowds, it’s right on the beach, so the views were stunning. Waking up to the waves and watching sunset over the horizon felt like a dream. We came to United 21 Mandarmani for a couples’ getaway and loved the quiet and privacy. It was just us, the sea, and long stretches of golden sand, perfect for romantic hand in hand walks or watching the tides roll in together. The seafood was especially delicious, and feeling the sea breeze during dinner made the meals feel intimate and special. A lovely romantic retreat. We left with so many memories and can’t wait to come back.

The rooms were clean and had the basic furnishings needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were courteous and helpful, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. It’s only a short walk to the beach, which is a big plus for enjoying the coastal views. SPOT ON 36099 United-21 Beach View is affordable and offers functional, well-maintained basics. The facilities aren’t luxurious, but for the price it’s good value. A pleasant option if you want a budget stay near the beach.

The sea-facing location sounds nice, but the property is right behind a fishery, and now and then there’s a dried fish stench. I personally wasn’t comfortable with it. Even though management has changed, service is still horrible. Staff seemed lazy and their first answer to everything was “no.” Asking for basics like an AC remote or water seemed to surprise them. The rooms needed maintenance too, and the bathroom tap broke while we were trying to bathe. Water availability was another issue. Very disappointing. Look at other options before deciding.

Beach connected, with good hospitality and a great buffet breakfast. A very good resort. The new name is my fair beach resort.

The pool was decent, but it didn’t feel lively. Rooms are large, though shabby and old-fashioned, with very little light. The hotel is big and classy, but poorly maintained and the staff are bad. Service was terrible. The AC was fixed at 25 degrees and there was no remote, no Wi-Fi, and no intercom.
