The kids were thrilled to see peacocks roaming nearby every day, which was a highlight of our 2-day stay at Aikya Service Apartment. The owner was warm and welcoming, and the place felt safe, with security on each floor. Our 2BHK was spacious, clean, and hygienic, with a fully equipped kitchen, spotless washroom, and all the amenities we needed. It’s centrally located and has excellent connections to key parts of Mangalore. I had a delightful stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended, 10/10 from me.

We felt safe and comfortable throughout our family’s 3-day stay at Aikya Apartment, thanks in part to the security around the property. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and felt like home. Staff were responsive and supportive, and the hospitality was top-notch. It was a pleasant, memorable stay.

We’ve stayed with Aikya twice now. Last time there were five of us in the 3BHK in Kadri, and we had a very pleasant stay. This time, with three people, we stayed at Bejai. The apartments are clean and well maintained, in decent localities, and have good furniture and decor. They’re also equipped with the essentials: fridge, washing machine, AC, iron, water purifier, gas, and utensils. Staff are friendly and responsive. Just outside the bedroom window there’s a lovely bit of wilderness, where you can wake up to nature and birds, including peacocks. I hope the greenery survives the “development” affecting Mangalore. I pray the city doesn’t turn into another Bangalore or Mumbai. One suggestion: please install nets on the windows so we can leave them open in the evenings.

The host and staff were very, very courteous, and the ambience was enjoyable inside and around the place. One small suggestion: instant coffee powder, sugar, and salt are provided for one use, but please add creamer or milk powder sachets so guests can make coffee, and perhaps two tea bags as well. These feel essential nowadays, since mornings often start with a hot coffee or tea.
