Getting to the apartment takes a little navigating: it’s behind Aysha Complex, along Priya Palada Road, about a five-minute walk from the main road. Once I called for directions early in the morning, a staff member was waiting at the junction to guide me. The owner was kind enough to drop me at the bus stand so I could catch my bus. The staff and owner were both courteous and helpful. The two-bedroom apartment had neat, spacious rooms, plus a kitchen area, dining space, and shared living room. There was a refrigerator and cooking utensils in the well-equipped kitchen. It made for a very comfortable, pleasant stay.

I booked by phone and got a great discount compared with online platforms. It was an easy, convenient process and felt personal. During my three-day stay at Spezio Service Apartment, the reception team and other staff were welcoming and attentive whenever I asked for something, so everything felt hassle-free. The rooms were clean and well kept, with the amenities I needed. The property had a calm, relaxing feel, and my stay was comfortable from start to finish. I’d recommend Spezio Service Apartment as a reliable place to stay, and would be glad to return.

We spent a week at Spezio Luxurious Apartments and had a great stay. The area was peaceful, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The interiors were lovely, and it was good value for money. Thanks to all the staff and teams. We’ll definitely come back.

We’ve been staying here for a month and are very satisfied with the service and amenities. The staff are friendly, and the premises are well maintained. It’s in the heart of the city and easy to get around from, yet the atmosphere is calm and serene. Highly recommended 👍👍
