We’d agreed on the price and other details when we came to check in, and we were willing to stay. But the receptionist was arrogant and uncooperative, with very little courtesy or professionalism, so we felt uncomfortable and left without checking in. Hospitality depends on staff behavior as well as rooms and prices. I hope management addresses this and trains the front office team properly.

Even switching rooms didn’t solve the problems. The AC barely cooled, and when it did, there was water leaking. There were houseflies in the room, and the jets didn’t work properly. Breakfast was delayed too, and they didn’t respect my time. Worst service experience I’ve had. I don’t know what else to say.

We were prepared to stay, but the receptionist refused us and demanded a marriage certificate or other proof of marriage, even though the online site said unmarried couples were allowed. The online price was lower than the counter price too. The receptionist was arrogant, rigid, and completely uncooperative. A very bad experience. The room wasn’t worth the attitude and ego on display.
