OYO 14324 Hotel towns pride

I tried to book in the evening on Jul 14 and was told I could book online if I found a good price. The front desk person then changed his mind and refused to accept the online booking. He was rude, unprofessional, and argued over stupid reasons. He needs proper training in customer service and basic manners. I really didn’t expect this.

They wouldn’t even bring water bottles when I asked. The service was very bad and not worth what I paid.

The rooms are comfortable, and the location is peaceful with good views. Phase 10 market is close enough to walk to. Staff were nice and helpful. One thing I disliked was the manager trying to get me to pay at the hotel: Oyo offers a discount for paying online, but he said they couldn’t take online payment and charged slightly more. I hate being lied to, so it’s better to pay before check-in to avoid being annoyed or manipulated.

We’d paid in full in advance, but the receptionist denied receiving the online booking even after I showed him the successful payment page. He kept us waiting at reception without even a glass of water until his server, or the OYO server, came up. We waited outside the hotel for at least 30 minutes. The service was very ordinary and reception care was average. They don’t greet you when you’ve booked online. I wouldn’t say it’s worth it.
