OYO Flagship 28744 Olive Residency

Hi Management, My friend and I are staying at Olive Residency today, 22/03/26, and the experience has been very poor. For 1600, the room condition is far below what we expected. The room is extremely unhygienic, with dirty bedsheets and toilets in very poor condition. We paid for an AC room, but the cooling doesn't work. The AC remote and TV are broken, and the fan isn't working properly either. Bath towels were also missing when we checked in. It's disappointing to pay full price for a room where almost nothing works and cleanliness is so poor. It doesn't feel safe or comfortable to stay here. Please address these facilities immediately. This isn't the standard of service I expected from your residency.

The bathroom was nasty, the room was filthy, and there was junk under the bed. I saw bedbugs on the bed too, and the sheets looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. Trashiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Please, for the love of God, never visit this awful place.

The staff were dismissive when I raised my concerns, and the service was basically nonexistent. The bedsheets and pillows were stained and clearly hadn't been changed in weeks. The bathroom was even worse, dirty, smelly, and poorly kept. This was the worst experience I've had at a hotel. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

The staff at Hotel O, Kottayam were unprofessional and unhelpful. They showed little interest in my concerns, and requests were ignored or met with a rude attitude. The rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and hadn't been properly cleaned before check-in. The bathroom smelled unpleasant and was unhygienic. It was one of my worst hotel stays, with no basic hospitality or service standards. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean stay.
