The rooms are adequate, though the bathrooms are small. The location is excellent, but planes fly overhead every 15 minutes. Service was great, thanks Deep, and it’s good value for money. It could be cleaner, especially in the corners and the reception toilet. The breakfast, particularly the non-Indian options, was atrocious and seemed to be the lowest quality they could get away with. It felt cheap and didn’t fit the hotel’s budget luxury vibe. The banquet area was awkwardly silent, with no Wi-Fi or phone signal.

A good choice for a budget stay. The rooms were clean and decently spacious for a short visit, and breakfast was really nice. They use an app where you scan a QR code to chat and get extra items delivered to your room quickly, within five minutes.

The rooms have a nice view, and while the toilets are small, they’re good. Breakfast had a good spread, and everything else was fine too. The staff stood out most, especially their young, energetic attitude. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to friends. I sincerely hope the staff and management keep up the maintenance and continue treating guests so warmly.

I usually avoid leaving bad reviews, but the carelessness here pushed me to write one. I paid 22k for two nights, or 11k a night plus taxes, and expected a decent hotel for that price. Instead, it felt like a glorified lodge with poor service. The room had several basic problems. The AC was set to 26 Degrees C and wouldn’t cool any further. There was no phone directory, so I had to find the hotel booking number online to reach reception. The receptionist who came up didn’t know how to adjust the AC and left without fixing it, so I slept without AC that night. The fridge door was broken and it didn’t work. Even a bottle of cold water wasn’t available because the hotel apparently had no working fridge for that. There was no shower gel in the dispenser, so I had to shower without soap. Breakfast was in a basement that smelled unpleasant, and I was told there was no kitchen. The food comes from outside, so guests have to make do with whatever was ordered the night before. There’s no car park either. The security guard said I’d have to park on the street and risk the police towing my car. The hotel has 30+ rooms, but the ten staff members didn’t seem motivated, apart from one receptionist who seemed embarrassed by the situation. I’m sure the owners have lost interest in the place. At 11k a night, that left me with no parking, restaurant, kitchen, AC, soap, or service. God help a business run this way.
