Please double-check before booking. My reservation was cancelled by the hotel late in the evening on check-in day, with operational issues given as the reason. I was already heading there after work and had to scramble to find another hotel that evening. If there was a problem with the room, they should have let me know before check-in so I could arrange somewhere else. What surprised me most was that they took no responsibility and told me to contact Yatra directly about the refund.

I've stayed at several Mumbai hotels over the past few years, and Laaiba residency has been the best. Everyone was calm and pleasant, from reception to the housekeeping staff, and the hospitality was superb. Thanks to the whole team for treating guests so well. Best of luck!

The rooms were very clean and well maintained, though a little small, which is understandable in Bombay. Breakfast was really good too. I stayed with my family and found the service excellent, with trained staff throughout. At reception, Mr Francis and Mr Salam were especially humble and polite. I'd rate the hotel 10/10 and would certainly return.

The room was small for the budget, but the staff were always helpful and ready to sort out any problems. They provided all the facilities, and it was a nice experience.

I arrived very late at night and left early the next morning, so I didn't get to explore much. Check-in and checkout were smooth and easy, and the stay was okay.
