The place is decent for affordable accommodation and not too far from the airport. The rooms were small but clean. Our room's plumbing was broken, but they wouldn't move us. In the evening, the AC room was full of mosquitoes and they didn't seem to care. Don't expect good hospitality from the staff. It works if you just need somewhere for 1-2 nights, but I wouldn't recommend it to tourists.

This is a basic paying guest place. There's no kitchen, so you'll need to order food from outside, for example through swigy or zomato. The TV had no signal, and although wifi was available, I couldn't access it. I didn't ask reception about it and used my own connection. There's no geyser, so no hot water if you need it. They said the centralised AC wasn't functional. My single-bed room was about 100 sqft. I booked through OYO for rupee of 800, and I don't think it was worth that. You may be able to get the rent down a little by going directly. They might ask 700 or 800 for 1 day, but it may be possible to settle at 500 or 600. It's about 2km from LTT terminus, and you can stay here at a reasonable price. One bonus tip, order food from 'Guru Kripa'. Their sweets, snacks, and thali are really delicious, and you'll enjoy the food.

The staff were approachable and helpful, and they treated us like kings. The guest house was super clean, a real wow 😮. It's the best guest house I've come across, and a great place for families too. I'll keep coming back.

The place is neat and clean, and it has central AC. Rent is around 1000 to 1200 per D/N stay. The rooms are very small: a single room is only about 5ft × 7ft, with an attached bathroom. It's much too small for a family, but it serves the purpose if you're staying for a day on official work.

The room was only about 5x7, and it felt unbearably stuffy. The AC is centralized, with no remote, and seems to be off much of the time. There were lots of cockroaches and small bugs, and it didn't seem like they do pest control here. The room also looked nothing like the website photos. I won't come back.
