Delta Dormitory - Hostel

We checked out several nights early and found much better places elsewhere. The room was tiny, and the beds weren't clean. Getting breakfast was disappointing too: the Google page showed eggs, but all we received was soggy bread and lukewarm chai tea. The front desk guys were disorganized and marked us as a no-show on our online booking even though we stayed there. There was a group of men always standing by the entrance to our room, which made us feel unsafe. The room was hidden behind a door in the wall, off a very small entryway. This was one of the worst places I stayed during my travels in India, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone visiting Mumbai.

We were four bachelors staying one night, and all of us liked the dorm. It was neat and clean, with working lockers, lights, fans, and AC. The price was cheap, and Sakinaka Metro Station is close by. Better than the other dormitories nearby.

For under 700 rs, you can stay in Mumbai with AC and the hotel's free wifi. Hot water is available too, and it's around 1.2 km from kurla railway station. The beds are set up in decks like a student hostel, so the space is compact, but manageable. A decent low-cost place for a day.

I stayed here for 6 months, and it was a pathetic experience. People could come in at 12 pm and disturb your sleep, but if you were late or kept clothes in your Almira, you'd be told you were disturbing others. My Adidas sleepers were stolen from the shoe rack, and the owner asked, “Why do you have so much stuff?” I thought, “Did I bring it from your house?” That was bad enough, but lately I started seeing mosquitoes. One day I looked closely and realized they weren't mosquitoes, they were bedbugs. I'm leaving and have asked others to leave too. Don't trust all the fake reviews. Worst experience, don't go.
