The only good points were some hot water in the shower and working AC. There was no breakfast. Both mornings the room phone rang, but nobody was there. We could clearly hear voices from other rooms, especially the hallway, where people screamed for a long time in the middle of the night and reception did nothing. The room was small, humid, windowless, and had dirty sheets that someone had clearly already slept in. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and no shampoo or anything like that. The hotel was hard to find, and rats ran along the urine-smelling stairway.

The atmosphere was nice and the staff were cooperative. The rooms are small, though, even if that's not unusual for Mumbai. We weren't told when booking that breakfast was complimentary, which was a drawback for us, and there was no shaving razor, so we had to go to a nearby shop in the morning. Otherwise, it was okay.

There was no hot water, and they didn't provide soap or shampoo. The room had no window and was the smallest I've ever stayed in. I called three times for water, but no one brought any, so I had to buy it outside. Food took two hours to arrive because they use an outside vendor instead of having a kitchen. Maybe Swiggy or Zomato could deliver in a quarter of that time. There was no fire exit, the walls were so thin I could hear small sounds from outside, and the building felt spooky, with scary stairs and no lift. I've never booked a worse hotel. If you want to waste your money, go ahead, otherwise, don't stay here.

We couldn't sleep, and the noise ruined my entire workday. A group of 6-10 people in the next room played music or TV all night. After we asked several times, staff said they wouldn't stop it, so we moved rooms at 2 am, but the noise continued there too. The rooms were empty, yet our request for an extra blanket was refused, and there was no TV in the room. The linens were dirty and stinking, and the room smelled, so they seemed possibly infectious. Staff were polite but not helpful. We were asked to pay for everything from water to a spoon and glass, even part of the "complimentary breakfast." The promised service and facilities weren't available.
