Hexa Sai Residency

I booked a couple of rooms for people arriving from outside and had requested early check-in. They accepted, but then refused it when we arrived. Check-in was at noon, yet we got the rooms at 1 because they hadn’t been cleaned. The location wasn’t great, and the rooms were dirty, as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Towels were missing too, and we had to ask twice before they brought them. I can’t recommend this hotel for the money we paid.

The AC and fan worked, but there was no hot water for showers and the linens hadn’t been changed. The place smelled bad. Google’s ratings are strikingly split, mostly ones and fives. That seems hard to explain unless there are two different tiers of rooms, or some ratings are planted.

The rooms were very dirty and the bedsheets smelled awful. Staff behavior was rude and irresponsible. The main staff members, Rakesh and vikram, were especially rude and behaved badly. I’d ask everyone to avoid this hotel. It was a very bad experience, and there seemed to be some fraudulent business going on inside the hotel room.

The AC cooled the room, but water leaked from it, so they put buckets in every room to catch it. If you don’t check at night, your room could end up full of water. The rate was also very high. The room had no space, the bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly, and the ceiling was full of insects. I booked a single room, but at night I found three or four little guests there too, some rats. It was the worst hotel experience of my life. Don’t trust the photos; you only see how dirty and untidy the rooms are once you arrive. Please don’t stay here. There will be small animals in your room at night, though not wild ones. Find another hotel.
