The cleaning and food were both very poor, and I found the management extremely bad. In my opinion, this hotel is a waste of money, so I wouldn’t recommend it. Go only if you choose to.

Check-in and checkout were smooth, thanks to the courteous, attentive staff. My room was spotless and the amenities worked well. I’ve just checked out of Casa Royal Residency after a pleasant stay. It’s good value for a comfortable place, and I’d recommend it.

The interiors and peaceful atmosphere were lovely, and the complimentary breakfast for stays of 24 hours is a nice bonus. My room was spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed, with good attention to hygiene. Polite staff and room service available 24×7 made things easy. A comfortable, relaxing place to stay, highly recommend.
