Hotel Global Heritage by OYO Rooms

The staff were helpful and good, but there’s no in-house kitchen or restaurant. The room wasn’t clean and didn’t meet even basic OYO room standards. It may suit a one-night stay if you can get a cheap rate, but I wouldn’t consider it a family hotel. Don’t expect too much.

The location is handy, with Bandra Kurla Complex, the Airport, Phoenix mall, and LTT station nearby. Bathrooms have modern fittings and are well maintained. The hotel is clean, and the hospitality was great. The owner guides you throughout the stay and is very helpful, as are the staff, who greet you with smiles. Good for family or business trips. I had an awesome experience.

The worst part was trying to get help from Oyo after checking in early around 8:30 AM. About 20 minutes later, I called customer service five times to explain the problems and ask to change properties. Each call went to another team, then I was put on hold for over 25 minutes and disconnected. I had to stand on the footpath to make the calls because there was no phone signal in the room. When Oyo called reception, the staff there simply silenced the calls. After around three hours of this, and the worst customer service I’ve experienced, I cancelled and moved to Mumbai Staytion Dorm, 7 km away. It was a thousand times better for cleanliness, customer service, and overall satisfaction. The room was smaller than shown online, very untidy, and full of mosquitoes as soon as we opened the door. The boys looking after the place acted as if they couldn’t see any. They denied having another room for us to move into, and the locality wasn’t clean either. There was no signal in the room in case of an emergency. I can’t blame the hotel for every issue with the neighborhood, but I’d say it’s a definite no for families. Maybe the property has better rooms, but ours and the service we received were the worst I’ve come across. The place seemed like accommodation originally meant for truckers, with a later paint job and Oyo listing. The whole trip, between the property and Oyo, was a terrible experience.

A very nice place in Kurla West, with good room service and a great package for the price. The management was terrific, and I got complimentary breakfast at an affordable rate.
