Hotel Crystal Palace

The stay was average, though the basics were fine and the washrooms were clean. Everything else was good, but there weren’t any tissues. And please, management, provide two towels for one room.

I had a good stay. The food was mouth-watering, room service was good, and both the security guard and the resort owner, MR. ROCKY, were kind and friendly. My one issue was the receptionist’s behavior. ROCKY SIR, please guide him on how to speak to customers. He doesn’t know how to talk to them.

The staff seemed unskilled at maintaining rooms, and they were regularly chewing pan. When I asked if there was a duvet, I was told they didn’t have one. I insisted, but got the indifferent response, “Do as you wish.” I said I wasn’t happy, yet they only gave me a bedsheet instead. I don’t know how anyone is supposed to sleep under that. The whole experience was disappointing and frustrating, with very poor service.

The hotel is next to a kabristan, and when we argued about the situation, staff told us they were doing their Pooja and not to disturb them. Their service was poor and they were rude. After check-in they said there was a water problem and asked us not to bathe for at least an hour. A few minutes later, they told us not to use the washrooms either.
