Hotel Garden View

The photos make the place look good, but the service doesn’t match what they show. The rooms aren’t maintained properly, and the appliances are in very bad shape. You can hear noise from the neighboring rooms, and customers don’t seem to be a priority. They’re fooling customers.

I booked an early morning check-in, but stood at the gate from 5 am to 6 am in heavy rain and nobody responded. I kept knocking, but it seemed everyone was fast asleep. OYO’s support guy was useless too and didn’t help me. The hotel is in a nasty place, and you can’t even find the entrance. Don’t ever book it.

The receptionist was rude, and there’s no lift. The room was poor quality and hadn’t been cleaned well. The price is higher than the service they provide.

There were fights among staff outside the room, so the hotel felt completely unsafe. I’d planned to stay overnight, but left early because of the conditions and wasted my money. Please take this seriously and get back to me soon. The door lock didn’t work properly. The mattress was filthy, and the crinkle sheet had a stain. The old-looking pillows and covers had dark spots. The toilet was very dirty and smelled horrible, with dust on the transparent ventilation grill. The room plaster was falling off, and the cement repairs looked awful.
