Hotel Gemini

Dirty rooms with bed bugs, and no cleanliness at all. The AC didn't work, there was no water or towels, and room service was missing. Staff were arrogant and useless, laughing at guests rather than sorting out problems. One of the worst stays imaginable. Don't spend your money or risk your health here.

The toilet flush didn't work, and none of the room ACs were working. Service was the worst I've experienced, with staff who never attend to you. I don't understand how this hotel is being run. If you're staying around grant road mumbai, there are plenty of other hotels, so simply avoid this one if you want peace of mind.

Bed bugs everywhere, no cleanliness, and terrible hygiene. The staff were careless and completely unprofessional, with service to match. Disgusting and unacceptable. I wouldn't stay here even for free.

The room was tiny, with barely any space to walk, yet the smallest one that could fit two people cost 2.7 k. We weren't even given a quilt. When we asked, they said they didn't have one, and gave us torn bedsheets instead. The bathroom was another problem: water wouldn't drain from the sink and the flush kept leaking. Cockroaches were all over the hotel, and nobody came to clean our room during the two days we stayed. When we asked staff to do something about the bugs, they told us to put up with it because they'd go away by morning. The staff were very rude. I only stayed because I had an emergency nearby, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The room and stay were awful.
