I’m a regular customer and usually visit about twice a week, but lately I’ve run into problems. It feels like rooms are being held for hourly and walking customers, who get priority, while online bookings for 24 hours or longer are marked “fully booked” even when rooms may be available. That’s inconvenient and not transparent. Any differences in pricing or booking policy should be handled by management without affecting room availability or service. Online and offline availability should be accurate. As a regular, I expect fair treatment and proper service. I’m sharing this constructively in the hope things improve.

My travel experience here was awful. The room smelled bad and was dirty, and the service was terrible. The AC didn’t work properly either.

Getting a different price depending on who answers the phone or handles reception was frustrating. When I called and then visited, I was quoted two different rates. The service and rooms also weren't good, and construction meant there was no lift, with noise and dust everywhere.
