ibis Mumbai Airport Hotel

The staff were so kind when we had to rush our infant to the hospital. The night staff arranged a cab and stayed with us to check on her well-being, going beyond what was expected of them. Ritika madam also took great care of us at breakfast. She made sure everything was on the table for us and proactively offered a custom-made breakfast for my daughter. The staff are very humble. We stayed here with an infant, and I’d say it’s a good choice if you’re travelling with a child.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety and tasted nice. Staff were polite and helpful, especially at reception and housekeeping, and both check-in and checkout went smoothly. The rooms are compact, but clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Ibis Hotel Vile Parle is easy to reach and very close to the airport, making it a good option for business travellers or a short stay. I had a really good experience.

The service was excellent. They were flexible about late checkout, check-in was smooth, and breakfast was good. The location is very convenient, about five minutes from the domestic airport, or a ten-minute walk. You can get to almost anywhere in an auto for around 200 bucks or less. The rooms were neat and clean, and suited to business trips. I’m giving three stars because there’s no gym, meditation space, or swimminh pool, and the bathrooms feel a bit cramped.

Breakfast and dining were good, and the reception staff were helpful. The location also worked well for visiting family, friends, and shops, and it’s close to the airport. They’ll store your luggage if you don’t want to carry it around while travelling. Some rooms could use a little refurbishment, especially the shower tray, and the toilet bowls need a proper clean. I understand bleach isn’t good, but environmentally friendly cleaning products are available. A few boutique-style rooms for tourists would be welcome. I’d still come back.
