The buffet is well worth trying, and don’t miss a fresh masala chai. We had a really nice stay, with Manasvi giving us a warm welcome at both the start and end. At the restaurant, Ms. Thani greeted us with a smile each time and was hospitable, happy to chat, and helpful with ideas for what to do in the hotel in the evening. Lokesh was attentive at our table and kindly checked whether we needed anything else. A real service highlight was a woman from Mussoori. We met her several times but didn’t catch her name, as it was closing time and we were talking or she was bringing us something to try. She was enthusiastic, always smiling, and clearly cared about her work and the restaurant team. Keep it up 😃

Harsh, the helper, was especially supportive and courteous throughout our stay, making everything run smoothly. Sahil at reception was polite, professional, and efficient, so check-in was seamless. We had a really pleasant stay at Novotel, with excellent food and outstanding service overall. The property was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff made the visit memorable. I’d recommend it and would be happy to return ✨

The reception team, especially Mr. Shubham, Miss Mrunal, and Miss Manasvi, were so caring. They made sure our family had nearby rooms and also looked after the older people with us, which made everything convenient. We loved the hospitality and the property. The food and the rest of the experience were really good too.

Breakfast was a standout, with lots to choose from across different cuisines, fresh fruit, bakery items, and live counters. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. I also found the staff courteous and attentive, and check-in and the rest of the stay went smoothly. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities neatly arranged. The relaxed atmosphere made it a memorable one-night stay at Novotel Mumbai. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Mumbai.
