OYO Flagship 561 Marol Naka Metro Station

I found it okay for a short stay, and its best feature is how accessible the metro and railway station are. The area is crowded all the time, though. Rooms are good, but service is slow. You can only order from the in-house restaurant if you want food, since outside delivery isn't allowed. The complimentary breakfast buffet wasn't good, and sometimes there was a really bad smell near the rooms.

Finding the entrance was a real hassle. I was right beside the building and still couldn't tell how to get in; my Uber driver spent ten minutes looking, and I nearly missed my train. Apart from that, the hotel was pretty decent. The rooms met expectations for hygiene, the staff were friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

The place was stinky everywhere, and the toilets got choked. Cockroaches were in every room. The free Wi-Fi took far too long to access, and this was happening while the hotel was under renovation. The complimentary breakfast was terrible, as was the food. There was no phone in the room, so when the housekeeper said to call reception with any problem, I had to go downstairs just to tell them there was no phone. The AC might work while the TV doesn't, or the TV might work but have signal problems, so eventually I had to switch it off and sit there. A waste of money, with the worst service.

After seven nights, the sewage was still overflowing in the parking lot and by the entrance when I checked out. It made the stay horrible. The rooms were average and breakfast was below average. There were roaches in the rooms, so if you find any, ask to be moved. Oyo gave me no support. I wouldn't stay here again.
