There was no consistency or clarity, and the staff changed what they told us several times. I felt customers were treated without respect, and nobody took responsibility. Pathetic service. If professionalism and basic hospitality matter to you, stay away.

The location is convenient, but that was about the only positive. The room we got was nothing like the online photos: tiny, dirty, windowless, and poorly ventilated, with a constant bad smell. The washroom exhaust fan didn't work, so even breathing in there was difficult. We spotted flying insects and spider webs too, which raised real hygiene concerns. We asked for a room with a window and were refused. There were two of us, and the cramped space was so uncomfortable that we changed hotels within a few hours. The cleanliness, lack of ventilation, and gap between the advertised photos and the actual room were all very disappointing. I really don't recommend it.

Everything went smoothly, including the early check-in. Good service, and Kokilaben hospital is about 1 km away.

The rooms were much bigger than at other nearby hotels, and they were exceptionally clean. I stayed for around 15 days on a business trip, after starting out at a different hotel, and was glad I switched. Sanjeev, the manager, was very helpful and got me the best available rate. The staff were welcoming and attentive without hovering. Hotel best is the best 🥂!
