The rooms are small, so I wouldn't choose this for a family stay. It could work if you're with friends. We also had to pay extra for the room, almost double.

The room and service at zahra guest house were disgusting. There were rats and mosquitoes, and no facilities. Such a bad experience. I hated it and would tell everyone never to come here. 🤢🤮
I couldn't find anything cheaper around Dadar Parel with the same infrastructure, and for 2500 you don't get even basic amenities in this region. The rooms are tiny but neat, clean, and well furnished. The manager and others were cooperative and helpful, and transportation is very good. It's on the third floor of a building that isn't a standalone hotel. Each floor has something different, like offices, residences, or another guest house. The entrance isn't clean, probably because of some property disputes. The stairs aren't good, and there's no lift.
The rooms are good, but there’s no lift in the building, and the rooms are on the fourth floor.
They provide free rooms for cancer patients who come to Mumbai for treatment, with one family member included. If a patient comes with two family members, only the third person has to pay Rs 300 per day. This is a very good place.
