We especially enjoyed the balcony views and the calm, elegant, welcoming atmosphere. The food was wonderful, every dish tasted great, and the staff were courteous, knowledgeable and always ready to help. We had an amazing, comfortable stay at this hotel, and would highly recommend it for a memorable visit.

The rooftop tea with delicious traditional snacks and those views was a real highlight. From arrival through checkout, the hospitality was superb. The mountain view was stunning, and the property was very well maintained. Staff in every area, from Front Desk and Housekeeping to the Restaurant, were cooperative and attentive. Highly recommended!

The spa was excellent. Nidhin and Manjuma did a lovely job, and my husband specifically asked me to mention Nidhin, the masseuse, for his brilliant massage. We were disappointed there was no hot water afterward, which took away a little from an otherwise relaxing spa visit. The food was good and satisfying. This scenic hotel is tucked among beautiful mountain and valley views, in a peaceful, secluded spot away from busy city life. Our spacious room opened onto a lovely valley view, and the staff were extremely hospitable and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet mountain retreat.

Nithya was great and made sure we had everything we needed during our three days here. We had the honeymoon suite, with a balcony overlooking the valley, a comfortable bed and powerful AC. Dinner à la carte was very good, especially the chicken curry cooked in a banana leaf. The breakfast buffet was just okay, though the chef gladly made eggs to order and delicious egg appams. We'd happily come back. For tours, I'd recommend booking on your own. We were quoted 4400 for one that we managed to book for 2500.
