The Panoramic Getaway

The Underground bar was a highlight for us. We loved the meal, and the friendly, attentive staff made it an enjoyable experience. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty to choose from and attentive service. On a rainy day we also used the spa, where I loved the ambience. Annie gave me an incredible massage with just the right amount of pressure and left me really relaxed. I’d highly recommend her. We were four people, and the hotel moved us into two deluxe double rooms with balconies and mountain views for the final two nights of my trip in India. The reception team was helpful with booking a tour and cars, and Arya knew a lot and arranged our airport car to make the journey smooth. The room was perfect, with an amazing view, a soft comfortable bed and perfect pillows. I liked the shower window looking out at the mountains. We ordered room service one night, and the extensive menu arrived quickly. The rooftop pool was small but good for a morning swim. It’s split into an infinity section and one with jets, with sun loungers, towels, food service and a warm shower. We loved our stay, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the view was breathtaking. Anachal is a 10 mins walk away, with things nearby.

The breakfast buffet was a real treat, with plenty of hot and cold Indian and continental food and drinks. The restaurants also served excellent-quality food, including continental, Indian and Chinese options. The rooftop heated adults’ pool was a particular highlight, and the hotel spa was great for relaxing and recharging. We had a wonderful two-day stay at The Panoramic Getaway Hotel during our January 2026 holidays. The staff and management were welcoming and friendly, and the rooms were excellent, comfortable and luxurious, with panoramic mountain and greenery views. I’d recommend the hotel based on my experience and would love to visit again. Thanks to the whole Panoramic Getaway team.

The Underground restaurant deserves a visit. It has a cosy feel, and the food was outstanding. In five weeks of travelling in India, this was the best food we were served. We can’t remember another menu where every bite, from the first to the last, felt so new to us. Highly recommended, don’t miss it. The hotel was superbly managed and the staff were attentive, seeming to anticipate what we wanted. Staying there was hard to describe, and the view was breathtaking. The rooftop pool was a special part of the experience.

The views from the room balcony and the pools were the best parts of my stay at Panoramic Getaway. There’s a family and kids’ pool, as well as a lovely panoramic pool for adults. I found the view from the adults-only pool especially relaxing and enjoyable. The food was a letdown. Since the hotel is in South India, I expected authentic, flavorful South Indian cooking, but nearly every variety tasted bland and lacked the usual regional flavor. The quality didn’t meet my expectations. We stayed in a Deluxe Room, which felt small and not very spacious. For the category and price, I expected a roomier, more comfortable setup. I had a mixed experience, and the stay could be much better with improvements to the food and room size.
