Meals are served beneath the rooms, with a lovely view and atmosphere, and the food is good. You need to book everything you plan to eat ahead of time, though, since supplies have to be brought in from far away. This isn't really an island, but a large private section with just two big rooms and activities set aside for their guests. A boat takes you between the cab parking area and the property. Pack only what you need.

The rooms were a real highlight, especially the beautiful bathrooms and upscale feel. We spent loads of time fishing and boating, which made the stay so much fun. The staff were genuinely friendly and kept making sure we were enjoying ourselves. The whole place had a lively, energetic feel. We had a great time.

The lake view room and the food were both so good. Kalaiselvan sir helped us plan the trip, and the kids had a wonderful time. Awesome experience.

There are no free breakfast or snacks, which could be a drawback. The meals that are served, though, are excellent in taste and portion size, even if a little pricey. That's understandable given the island location. Munroe Eco Camp is clean and comfortable, with a peaceful setting and polite, helpful staff. It's a good place to unwind in nature. I'd give it 4 out of 5.

You can catch both sunrise and sunset from the room, which is lovely. Munroe has a great atmosphere and makes a nice place to spend time with family. The staff were really friendly too. I'd love to come back.
