Fabhotel Binog Breeze

The view from our room was mesmerizing, and the staff were supportive, courteous, and quick with room service. When we asked, they brought hot milk for the kids on time. Staying there gave us a real family feeling. We had an awesome experience at Hotel Binog Breeze, and I’d recommend it.

At hotel Binog Breeze, all the rooms are the same size, and mine was quite comfortable. I especially liked the balcony overlooking the valley. Vegetarian food was delicious and only a phone call away, with prompt room service. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. I really enjoyed my stay!

From the balcony we could see both the mountains and a stream. Our family room was spacious, tidy, and clean, and we enjoyed staying there. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home. The food was really delicious too.

The owner was courteous and available to sort out problems, and the room had a nice view. The one meal we tried was good. Still, there were so many issues that it was hard to relax, even with the owner trying to help. The room and toilets hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived, there were cigar buds, and the bin was full. Houseflies were a big problem. I know they’re part of nature, but the owner should have arranged something like spray or a bat to deal with them. On the second day, people staying at the hotel opposite came here to eat, while we had to go across to that hotel for our own food. Guests who booked rooms should have been given first preference. The property is 12 km from the center, and getting to Mussoorie library takes 30 minutes, so plan for that. Bookings.com said payment would be made on arrival. The owner called asking for Rs 1000, then when I got there wanted the full amount immediately. That left me feeling stuck, and I had to stay there.
