I booked White Parrot hotel Mysore at the last minute for 26th Dec 2025, and paid a very high price. I was there with my kid, and it was the most disgusting hotel stay we've had. The cockroaches roaming around the room made it disturbing and unhygienic. The bed sheets were stained, dirty, and torn. In the bathroom, both the toilet seat and commode were broken and loose, so they felt unsafe and unusable. The room was filthy and poorly maintained, and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly before we were given it. I regret choosing this hotel and wouldn't recommend it, especially to families with kids.

Power kept going out, and guests have no control over the room temperature because reception operates the air conditioning. The facilities were below average, and the staff's manner felt intimidating and unprofessional. Simply KACHARA.

We paid for a double AC room, but the AC didn't work for our entire stay. The front desk manager, Mr Darshan, charged us for it anyway and said it would have been fixed if we'd reported the problem, making it the customer's fault. There were no basic amenities despite the room charge. When I asked for a dental kit, they said they were a 2 star hotel and didn't provide such facilities. The front desk was often unattended, too. Hotels next door are much better.

I had a really bad stay. The room had poor ventilation, and there were no sanitary items or toiletries. The staff showed zero hospitality. In a city as beautiful to explore as Mysore, I expected better service.
