Right in town, yet the property felt quiet and tucked away from the commotion. Infinity Dak Bungalow has a lot of old-world charm, with a sense of royalty alongside comfort. The beds were cozy, and the fireplaces and balconies made everything feel inviting. The rooms are massive and have every amenity you could think of. The bathrooms are enormous, bigger than many city apartments. The tea garden views are stunning the moment you arrive. Anil ji, the Estate Manager, was always nearby and ready to help with anything. Akshay, the chef, somehow made whatever we asked for delicious. Abhishek was patient, courteous, and attentive, and our kiddo loved him. Guests also get complimentary access to their nearby sports club, which is part of the same business family. It has an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and steam, a super hi-tech gym, and an indoor badminton court. There’s also a play zone for ₹500 per hour, handy with kids or if you just want to unwind indoors. A complete and comfortable spot for a relaxed family vacation in Palampur.

Anil Kumar jee deserves a big shoutout for the hospitality. Everyone on staff was welcoming and courteous, and the food they served was delicious. The property is right in the heart of Palampur, with its own tea garden, so there’s no need to go elsewhere for one. Good job, guys.

The front desk staff were rude and ill-mannered, and nobody made us feel welcome. The way the staff spoke to customers was unacceptable. This was the worst experience, and I wouldn't recommend anyone choose this property.
