Super Hotel O Sunshine Villa

The Delux room was decent, but getting there cost me 1600 per day, much more than the online booking. I’d booked a classic room through agoda, but it looked nothing like the pictures. It was messy, with mosquitoes, ants and 🦎, and the bathroom was full of ants. The bedsheets smelled and were dirty, and the staff weren’t polite and asked for extra money. There were no facilities. I had to move rooms. If you book, choose Delux and refuse extra changes at check-in.

The app or website showed the same room for 800 rs, but at check-in they asked for 1400 rs, calling it a deluxe room. After booking a classic room through a website or the oyo app, staff said classic rooms weren’t available and that only deluxe rooms were left. The app didn’t list any deluxe rooms, though, and they were calling the classic room deluxe. oyo needs to focus on stopping this kind of fraud.

The staff were rude and racist, and told us the hotel was only for Indians. They didn’t speak English and wouldn’t even try to help us find somewhere else to stay. Booking this hotel was the worst decision.

The room was [dirty/smelly/poorly maintained], with basic amenities broken or missing. Staff were [unhelpful/rude/unresponsive], and the service felt far from professional. Online photos gave a completely misleading impression, and the hotel didn’t meet the description or promised standards. It was noisy and uncomfortable, and not worth the money. I don’t recommend staying here. There are much better places nearby.
