Treebo Premium Golden Bliss Trimurti Nagar Square

The manager was willing to leave the room as it was even after I reported the problems, without offering a proper fix. The AC wasn't working properly, the landline was dead, and the bathroom exhaust fan made excessive noise throughout my stay. It was a very disappointing experience. I strongly suggest avoiding an online booking here, since you may be assigned a poorly maintained room. Not recommended.

The room quality and area were good, but service suffered because there weren't enough staff. It took two hours of repeated reminders to recharge the TV. I also told reception the mosquito repellent wasn't working, but it wasn't replaced.

The hotel was pleasant and most staff were helpful, but the room's kettle, TV, and intercom didn't work, and it took a while for anyone to address them. The biggest problem was Ms. Sonali at reception. Her rude, arrogant manner was apparent with several guests and ruined our stay. That kind of unprofessional behavior isn't acceptable in a hospitality setting.

The food was poor every day of my three-day stay, and breakfast was the worst I've had at a hotel. The coffee was so bad that even as someone who loves coffee, I lost interest in drinking it. Dirty glassware and cold hospitality added to the lack of customer care. At Tribhu Premium Golden Bliss Hotel in Trimurti Nagar, Nagpur, I also checked in 11 hours late, yet they wouldn't extend checkout by even one hour. That felt very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I paid in full and feel cheated by the treatment. It didn't feel like premium service, and I can't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, respectful stay or decent food.
