The food stood out for its taste and variety, and the rooms and amenities were also top-notch. Everything was clean, beautiful, and well maintained. Staff were polite and helpful, and the service was excellent. It was a relaxing, enjoyable stay at a lovely resort. I’d happily visit again and recommend it.
The food was delicious and the atmosphere had a relaxing, lively feel. Our room was beautifully designed, and the staff were warm and attentive. From check-in through departure, everything went smoothly. Hotel Blue Ocean Fanatic Experience gave me an exceptional stay that exceeded expectations.
The price didn’t come close to matching the service. The staff were arrogant, and management was shockingly rude whenever we asked for even a small arrangement. Their attitude made the whole stay stressful and uncomfortable. The place felt unprofessional and sometimes unsafe, so staying there felt risky. I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Blue Ocean to anyone wanting a peaceful, respectful, reliable stay.
The staff were polite and helpful, and I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were excellent, the service was great, and the location was just right. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
It's close to Sula vineyards, and the peaceful location was a plus. Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, and Mr manager was always just a call away. They happily welcomed our furry kid, even though other places say no to pets.
