The bathrooms could use a better clean, but the rooms were really nice and the staff was courteous. There are good places to eat around the marketplace, and the location is convenient for staying here.

At check-in, the manager said the room’s AC wasn’t working. He told me there were no classic rooms available and offered another room only if I paid extra. The room itself was awful, and the bedsheet was dirty. That was my experience of the service here: worst hotel, worst manager, and worst service.

The rest was okay, but the room service wasn’t good. On a 45 degree Celsius day, they didn’t have cold water.

The service was terrible. There was no water, the AC didn’t work, and there wasn’t even a bath kit. Worst experience.

The rooms and toilets were clean, and all the staff were very good. The location is very good too.
