MD Manjar Alam took great care of the room, keeping it clean, comfortable, and well maintained. His hospitality and attention to detail stood out. The rest of the staff were polite, helpful, and professional too, and their friendly teamwork made my stay a very good experience.

My kids enjoyed the stay, and the morning and night housekeeping staff were excellent. I was here for four days, with my schedule changing continuously. I had traveled 2800km, and the night shift manager honored the prebooking and the arrangement we had agreed on. Both managers were cooperative. For a family, this hotel is a good and safe choice among the nearby options, within nearly walking distance of NDLS Railway Station. It does get very crowded because it's close to the station, and parking is difficult. The policy of giving respect and getting respect helps keep things harmonious. Thank you HOTEL SHELTON.

Being right in the market made it convenient, with popular fast food places close by. Mr. Shahid made check-in smooth, and the hotel was really great. I'll stay here again.

The room was clean, the bedsheet was clean, and the staff were good. But the room is tiny, with only about 2 feet between the bed and the way to the washroom, and there's no proper ventilation. At 1700, it doesn't feel worth the price. For one person, it would be okay under 1300, but it's not a good choice for a couple at that price, or worth 1700 even for one person. They should charge 1000 to 1200 for a room this small.
