Anmols Impex cottage

The location was close to key attractions but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, too. Our room was spotless, spacious, and nicely decorated, with plush bedding, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough throughout the stay. It had the modern comforts for a business or leisure trip.

Housekeeping was very bad, and it was a waste of an experience. Price isn’t the issue. Please don’t visit and waste your money.

The caretaker Haris was horrible to us and to my parents. We kept asking him for the Wi-Fi password, but he wouldn’t give it to us. When the electricity suddenly went out across the whole floor, he accused us of using an induction cooker instead of fixing it. He started fighting with us when we asked him to check the room for one, then told us to pack and leave in the middle of the night. When we asked for a refund, he said to talk to Make My Trip. Workers there and other guests complained about him too. The room itself was terrible, with no sanitation, mosquitoes, no Wi-Fi, and a broken bed.

Mr. Sheik Mohammad was a kind and generous host, and the service providers were nice and generous too. It’s a pocket-friendly place to stay in ooty, with clean, quite big rooms and 24hrs hot water. The view is beautiful as well. I think this would be the ultimate place for anyone planning to stay in ooty on a budget.
