The food stood out most for me, especially breakfast. It was comforting, delicious, and tasted like it had been lovingly made at home. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were friendly, polite, and quick to help with a smile. Service made the whole stay feel easy. There’s a lovely, quaint character to the place, with care showing in the details: soft sheets, well-made chairs, elegant bathroom fittings, quality paint, and furnishings chosen thoughtfully. I had a wonderful stay.

We stayed for three days, and the staff made a real difference. Everyone was professional and helpful, and the team working there were so soft-spoken that we enjoyed chatting with them. Both the day and night reception teams were great. Breakfast was included and had a good range of choices, and the dinner we ordered was really tasty. The rooms and washrooms were very clean, and the bathroom was pretty too. Our balcony and window had lovely views. The location worked well for getting around, with Ooty lake about 10 minutes away and the toy train station about five minutes away. I’m so glad I picked this place for our Ooty trip with my husband. The whole stay was pleasant and met my expectations.

The staff were so sweet, and we felt completely relaxed there. The food was really great too. For the price, you get a luxurious stay. Lots of love, maison de zen. I'd love to come back.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, so I could really relax. The staff greeted me warmly and were attentive from the moment I arrived. Irfan deserves a special thank you for being professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. His care and attention made a real difference to my stay. Great hospitality and service, and I’d happily return.

We found the atmosphere peaceful and relaxing, just right for unwinding in Ooty’s lovely weather. The property was well cared for, and the rooms were tidy, spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully laid out. Staff were polite, helpful, and quick to respond, always making us feel welcome. We really enjoyed our stay at Maison De Zen. The service, cleanliness, amenities, and attention to detail all made it comfortable, and we’d recommend it to other visitors. Hope to come back!
