We booked two Deluxe Rooms and found them clean, comfortable, and in good shape. The flooring and interiors gave them a warm, cozy feel, and the beds made for a good night's sleep. This was our second visit to Mango Hill Shola Ooty in two years. The property is relatively new, around three years old, and we were impressed again. Staff were courteous, responsive, and quick to help whenever we needed something. We also enjoyed the food, with good quality, taste, and variety. For what they charge, the place is excellent value and one of the best accommodation options in Ooty. It delivers comfort, cleanliness, good food, and great service. We’ll be back. Keep up the good work, Mango Hill Shola Ooty!

The Wi-Fi stayed fast and stable across the property, which was really useful during my visit. The rooms were clean and well kept by housekeeping, and the front office staff were welcoming, polite, and ready to help with a smile. Mango Hill Shola Resort has peaceful surroundings and a lovely atmosphere. The food, service, and hospitality were excellent. I’d recommend it for a relaxing stay in Ooty.

There’s no swimming pool, so keep that in mind if you’re looking for one. The tower fans were also extremely noisy, and staff told us they all make a similar sound. The management might want to consider wall-mounted fans. We came across this place while searching during the summer rush, when it was one of the last premium hotels available. We paid more because of the demand, but felt the stay and service justified the price. The rooms are spacious, the beds, sofa, and chairs are comfortable, and the bathrooms are well equipped. They provide RO water in glass bottles with unlimited refills, and the staff were generous enough to let us into our rooms before check-in time. Parking is adequate. Everything else was good.

Mr. BISWAL AND HIS TEAM took such good care of us, especially our children. They arranged fresh chapatis and made sure our food requirements were met. We were very happy with the Jain food service, and everything was prepared with care. We had a wonderful stay at Mango Hill Shola Ooty, with excellent service and a lovely property and location. The team’s personal attention made the visit comfortable and memorable. Thank you for the great experience.

The misty hills and greenery were lovely to wake up to, and the views all around were breathtaking. It was quiet and refreshing, with a calm, cozy feel that made it easy to unwind. The location was just right for enjoying nature away from the crowds. I loved my time here and would come again. A serene getaway in Ooty.
