The location up near doddabetta is lovely, and there are rooms for couples as well as a villa for families. Our room had the basics we needed, including a kettle, toiletries, TV, and WiFi, and it was neat and tidy. The reception team were very welcoming. Sujatha mam and Kutta sir were patient and supportive with guests. Food was decent, and there’s a play area for kids along with a campfire.

The service and campfire made our time at Vista Suites Doddabetta by Bestinn Leisure Resort feel special. Ms. Sujata (Operation head) was professional, polite, and supportive from booking through the stay, and helped everything go smoothly. We enjoyed the peaceful setting, mountain air, and lovely views. The room was cozy, clean, and well kept, with a relaxing feel throughout. A nice choice for a quiet Ooty break, and I’d come back.

GM Kuttan sir made sightseeing easy for me, and the breakfast buffet had a delicious range of choices. The staff were friendly and efficient, especially Abhishek and Praveen, and made us feel at home from check-in. At Vista suite dodebetta, our room was spacious and spotless, and the bed was so comfortable we slept really well. The location also worked well for seeing the sights. I’d recommend it and would return for a longer stay.

Abhishek was especially helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel is near Doddabetta, with beautiful views, and our room was very clean.

Lidia took such good care of us from check-in right through to check-out. She was polite and helpful as a guide too. The room was breathtaking, and we loved the quality and taste of the food. We had an amazing stay and would recommend the resort.
