Ravi was kind, polite, and helpful, and the service was good. Breakfast was nice, the bathroom was clean, and Swiggy was available. Still, the hotel and rooms didn't look like the pictures. Renovation was underway, and since this is a three-floor building with no lift, it isn't suitable for kids or senior citizens. The bedsheet, blankets, and pillow covers felt old and dirty, and there were no clothes hangers. It was an okay stay overall.

The room had a good view, and the staff were kind, polite, and helpful. The bathroom was clean, too. The bedsheet and pillow covers felt old and could be improved. All in all, it was a decent, okay stay.

It's near the bus stand, and both breakfast and dinner were very good. Ravi bhaiya provided good service, and the bathroom was very good as well. Towels weren't provided, though. Still, the hotel was very good.

Please don't go to this hotel. The pictures posted online are old, and the room's actual condition is pathetic. A normal family wouldn't want to stay there. There was only one person handling things as staff. It seems travel agents choose this hotel to save money.

We had a great family trip at SV Residency. They arranged sightseeing for us, and the hotel is close to the Bus Stand and heritage railway station. Our balcony had a great view, and the room was neat and large enough for four. Hot water was available in the morning. Thanks for an unforgettable trip and a great experience.
