Being a little removed from the city junction, about 2-3 km away, means you'll need a vehicle to get around, especially at night. It isn't ideal if you want to walk to markets or attractions. But that distance also brings quiet, with no city noise, and a peaceful setting for relaxing. The hotel sits at a higher altitude near the Tea Museum/Tea Factory. Rooms have lovely balcony views, and there's a sunset viewpoint nearby. The weather stays naturally cool, with chilly, refreshing nights, so AC or fans aren't needed. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Staff were warm and attentive, and the in-house restaurant was reliable and good. Food was prepared from early orders and served on time. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. A homely choice for families or anyone hoping to unwind in nature.

The room, bed, mattress, pillows, and washroom were all clean. Staff were extremely polite and room service was easy to get. Food was tasty, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices. Breakfast was complimentary, while other meals were paid. It's a little away from the market and locality, which gives you a really nice balcony view. Paying a bit extra gets you a very beautiful, comfortable stay.

Ganesh and everyone at Ultimate Hotel were polite, attentive, and quick to help with a smile. The clean, well-kept rooms and easy service made us comfortable throughout our stay. A great hospitality experience we'd happily recommend.
