The staff were helpful, and special thanks to Mr. Javaid, who greeted us with a beaming smile when we arrived at 10.40 pm. He stayed courteous and helpful throughout. The parking was adequate too. Given the difficult terrain, the place was very good. The beds were pre-heated for comfort, and although the food selection was limited, everything was tasty and well cooked. I'd recommend it if you're after a safe, no-frills mountain stay.
I came from new delhi and booked this resort on 30th of may 2026 for four days, from 5th to 9th june. It was my first visit, and I found the resort's number on google. Mr. Javed delivered on everything he had promised on the phone, and the employees were all great and helpful. There was plenty of car parking space, and my family and I had an amazing four days at forest hill resort. I added dinner to my package and enjoyed all the meals. The food tasted awesome, and my kids loved it too. I'd recommend the resort to anyone checking reviews before booking 🙏
Firdous Ahmad gave me a lot of help during my stay, and his friendly manner added a personal touch. The staff were polite and ready to assist. I had a pleasant, hassle-free visit, with a clean, comfortable, well-kept room. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.
