Zakir Bhai, the owner, deserves a special mention for his hospitality and attention to our comfort. Amir Adil and Rafiq were professional, courteous, and always willing to help. Their warm manner and great service made the stay memorable. The room was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and equipped with modern amenities. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel for a comfortable, pleasant visit.

Md. Aamir Khan was courteous and supportive throughout our stay, and his service was wonderful. He’s a real asset to the hotel, and I’m grateful for all his help. The ambience and service were excellent, the food was good, and the support staff were very courteous too.

The mountain scenery is remarkable, and the place has a special charm from the mix of natural beauty and historical character. The older building has its own atmosphere, and its present condition is part of its heritage. I hope the splendid surroundings added something positive to your experience. Thanks for the feedback on this aspect.

The views are breathtaking, and the staff are polite and helpful. I came with my parents, who are both over 60, and they helped make our stay pleasant. It’s a good hotel for families and couples alike.

The scenery around the hotel is amazing, and it’s a lovely place to chill. The attendees gave great service, and the temperature-regulating bed was useful. My experience was awesome, but I’d suggest adding room heaters to cope with the cold.
