The food made the stay for me. It was fresh, tasty, and there was a good range to choose from, especially at breakfast. The room was roomy and comfortable, with the modern basics I needed, and it stayed spotless thanks to very attentive housekeeping. Staff were polite and professional throughout, from an easy check-in to quick room service, and always willing to help with a smile. I had a really good stay at Days Hotel Panipat from beginning to end.

After more than 50 stays, I’m finding a lot of service problems now. Orders get misunderstood, and I have to explain them four or five times, then still wait 30 minutes. Only two or three of the ten liquor choices seem to be available. When I call the restaurant, they answer, “Haan Bhai.” It feels really unprofessional.

The North Indian food I tried was absolutely worth ordering. The restaurant’s menu is surprisingly broad, and the food was delicious and very hygienic.

The food was excellent, and the room was nice too, with a view of the pool from the second floor. Both the room and bathroom were clean. Each evening they brought me a towel that was warm, dry, and clean. Staff were mostly good, though some were courteous and some weren’t.

Breakfast was delicious and had pretty much everything you’d usually want. I stayed for two nights and was very satisfied with the hotel. I’d definitely stay here again.
