The room was tiny, barely twice the size of the bed, and at 1700 it was absolutely not worth the price. I had booked it for 1200 for one person by mistake. Since I didn't feel safe alone, I brought a friend, and the staff charged another 500. It was late at night, and as a woman I didn't feel safe staying there by myself. The main problems were poor cleanliness, small rooms, high prices, and bad staff. The staff seemed inexperienced, rude, and exhausting to deal with. I can see why some reviews call them friendly. At least the receptionist could have behaved more politely. Disappointed!

There are multiple floors and no lift, which makes this a poor choice for senior citizens. The approach road is bad, and ola/uber apps couldn't find it. Service was very poor, with no staff around to look after guests. The receptionist was insensitive and made false promises. Basic things like blankets, bedsheets, water bottles, and tea bags weren't provided. Breakfast starts too late. I wouldn't recommend this property.

I wouldn't recommend FabHotel The Residency Panvel if clean rooms and reliable service matter to you. The floors were visibly dirty, with spiders in corners and mosquitoes everywhere. Bedsheets and pillowcases were stained and didn't seem fresh, and the washroom was neglected too. I raised the hygiene problems with staff, but they only promised to send someone to clean and never followed through. I was very disappointed and frustrated to be ignored over such obvious issues.

The atmosphere was calm, and the basic facilities were there. The room was clean and well maintained, though not very spacious. It's a decent, comfortable option for a short stay if you're looking for somewhere simple and budget friendly.

I took a room for three hours after my ride and was charged 1200₹. It didn't feel worth the money: the washroom was tiny and dirty, and the rooms weren't soundproof. The worst part was hearing a group of 3-4 uncle gujju Bsdk Group talking loudly with the door open, then banging it loudly at times. It was so irritating. I wasted my money. If I'm paying, I expect a soundproof room and a clean washroom, and this place didn't have either. Don't go there.
