I only stayed here because my brother was getting married in Patiala, and I didn't want to burden anyone. Across the rooms, food, room service, and reception, the place was worse than a backpack place. The staff were rude, and the manager seemed more interested in his phone than his guests. We had a lot of problems, and I'd strongly advise people to stay far away. The one bright spot was Raju, who cleaned our room every day for the 8-9 nights we were there and never let us down. I wonder how the owner puts up with this staff, and truly hope he reads the reviews.

The rooms were dirty, and I found inappropriate things in the drawers. The food was poor, the GM was unresponsive, and their booking system was bad too. They took extra money from people. I wouldn't recommend staying there, please stay away.

It surprised me that GRACE wasn't accepting OYO bookings, but OYO still booked the room. I had a pretty bad experience with OYO and faced a lot of trouble trying to find good accommodation in Patiala.

A very bad hotel experience. My online booking through OYO was confirmed, but they denied me a room, saying the hotel was full. I recommend people not book here. Worst hotel.

Very poor, with no rooms available. The receptionist and GM were irresponsible and had no manners. There were no arrangements. Really bad, not worth even one star.
