The convenient location made it easy to get around, and the service was lovely, with friendly people ready to help. At Hotel ASTOR, my room was very clean, comfortable, and fantastic. I had a great stay and would consider coming back.

I was there for 4 days and had a very bad experience. The room I got was ordinary, even though I’d booked a deluxe category room and was charged the deluxe rate. The staff and receptionist were casual and rude to customers. The food quality wasn’t good, and both the room and bathroom were dirty and deeply unhygienic.

I stayed at the hotel for a month, and the whole team made it a really amazing experience. Amit ji gave us very good service.

Friendly staff and a very nice experience. I’m from telangana and felt bihar was safe. I’d definitely recommend it.

I’m a regular customer, but they charged me for half a day when I’d only been there 3 hours. That felt very unethical. The front desk staff were rude and their service was poor. A very bad experience.
