The hotel itself seemed good, but dealing with Make my trip made for a horrible experience. We often travel internationally and had booked two rooms a month in advance, paying the full amount. When we reached the reception, the hotel said they couldn't give us rooms because they had no confirmation from MMT or oyo, apparently because their internet wasn't working. We called MMT several times right away. Two senior citizens and one child in our group had to wait at reception for an hour and a half. MMT eventually suggested we pay the hotel the full amount in cash, then said they would refund the booking's base amount minus Rs. 218. I had no real choice at that point. From now on, I won't book through MMT and will use another agency such as Goibibo.

The location was good, with the Naag Temple nearby, and the hotel view was fun to take in. Our maintained room had three king-size beds for six guests, and free Wi-Fi was available at normal speed, though I had to go outside to connect and use it. Ordering food at the hotel seemed expensive, so I didn't order anything. There were plenty of nearby vendors with reasonably priced meals and snacks, and you could bring their food back to your room. For a Patnitop visit, I think two or three days here is enough, and it may work out cheaper than other options. If you book, I'd try asking at the counter because they may offer better discounts than online. There aren't many adventure options nearby, though the cable car is a nice way to enjoy the scenery.

The rooms had a good hill view, and the bathrooms were clean. Food was tasty, including non-veg, though food in Patnitop is costly. There was a bed heater too.

Insects of all kinds were coming out in the room, and the staff wouldn't acknowledge it, just making excuses. The rooms weren't maintained. Worst experience ever, and I wouldn't recommend it for families.
