The biggest issue was the booking. I reserved through #OYO, but the hotel wouldn't accept it, so I ended up paying twice the actual price. Oyo customer care didn't help either. The room was next to a FACTORY, and the noise disrupted my sleep. It wasn't cleaned properly, so I had to ask them to clean it again. There were no water bottles, and the only toiletries were a small soap. The TV was there, but the cable wasn't recharged, so it was useless. Food choices at the hotel were poor. Ordering through swiggy or Zomato could take an hour.

There are industries all around, as you can see on Google Maps, and the machines were very loud in the room all day. The room was very compact, and the AC felt like a fan, so I couldn't enjoy the stay. Workers were out on the road all the time, which didn't feel safe for a couple. I'd look for somewhere else to avoid an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation with your girlfriend.

The receptionist was very rude, and I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I had prepaid through Oyo, but at check-in they said no rooms were available except one AC room, which would cost around four times what I'd booked for. Oyo customer care didn't help either.

Really bad experience. I booked through the OYO app with AC included, but once I got there they charged extra for an AC room. The property manager is doing fraud here. Don't go. 🤬🤬
