It starts with an auto driver who has a consultancy. At night they take you there, and there’s no negotiation on the cost. After paying, they show you a very bad room with no bathroom door, and charge a lot. Note: unless you speak Tamil, they won’t allow other languages for discussing issues. They bring people to force you to vacate, or charge double again if you don’t pay. They’re very careful about taking payment, but the rest is left to fate.
We paid ₹5,000 for a room in terrible condition: it wasn’t clean, there was no bedsheet, and the bathroom door lock was damaged. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They demanded ₹6,000 per night, far too much for such a poor room, then told us to leave at 8 AM. When we asked to stay until noon, they forced us to pay extra. It felt like a complete scam. I strongly recommend choosing another hotel and saving your money.
The rooms and washrooms were very dirty, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Staff were rude, and if you only speak Tamil, they may treat you better; people speaking other languages aren’t allowed or respected. If you arrive at the Puducherry bus stand, don’t meet the auto drivers, they take commission.
The management’s behavior was terrible, and the staff seemed fake. They don’t fulfill their commitments, so don’t trust any promises from this hotel.
The rooms are very dirty, and the hotel staff have a lot of attitude. Auto drivers take people to this hotel on commission, so don’t trust them. Please don’t go.
