The resort made a lovely first impression. The surroundings were beautiful, and the walk to our room felt like a relaxing start to the getaway. The pool was a highlight too, large, pleasant, and reasonably well maintained. It’s about 100 meters from the main resort, but there’s a shuttle for anyone who doesn’t want to walk. Our in-room dinner was decent but not especially memorable. Breakfast the next morning was much better and became one of the more enjoyable parts of our stay. We’d booked a Jacuzzi room specifically, but the Jacuzzi wasn’t working. Then the air conditioner developed problems, which affected our comfort. The staff acknowledged the issues and offered ₹600 off the final bill, a gesture we appreciated. Saravi Resort has good facilities, but the maintenance problems kept the stay from being as enjoyable as we’d hoped. Better upkeep and care for the guest amenities could make the experience much better.

It was peaceful but still accessible, a few kilometers from central Pondicherry and Rock Beach. Serenity Beach is another plus, just about 1 km away. We chose one of the rooms with a private jacuzzi, and it was a great experience. The resort has several room types, including ones with private pools. The bathrooms are very spacious, with open-to-sky ceilings and good-quality sanitaryware. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared. Being surrounded by nature means lizards or frogs sometimes show up in the bathroom. When we told the staff, they came quickly and removed them. We had a comfortable, pleasant stay.

Our family had a lovely stay at the saravi Resort. The location is a little far from pondy, but the kids had a wonderful time: the park was spacious and well maintained, and the swimming area for them was excellent. The rooms were comfortable, and breakfast had a nice variety. A very pleasant experience overall, highly recommended! 😊

The staff and food were the strongest parts of our stay. Everyone was friendly, responsible, and proactive, and they worked hard to make sure we had what we needed. For someone who loves food, the dining was mind-blowing. Breakfast was especially fresh and flavourful, and they were happy to cook things to our requests. We spent plenty of time at the pool, which was crystal clear, well filtered, and maintained very well. Cycling on site was fun too, a good way to explore the property at our own pace and stay active. The ambiance didn’t quite work for us. There are lots of trees and plants, but the grounds felt cluttered and unorganized instead of lush. The look lacked a cohesive design and the wow factor we expected. We recently stayed at The saravi resort and came away with some incredible highs and a few things to improve. If service, great food, and a great pool matter more to you than modern architecture or trendy decor, you’ll love it here. The team works hard to make guests feel at home.

The property was peaceful and green, a welcome break from the city. I especially wanted privacy, and the villa delivered: it was good quality and the private pool was well maintained, giving a lovely sense of seclusion. It was a relaxing stay at The Saravi Resort.
